RETURNS & SHIPPING

Overview

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy covers most clothing items sold by LimitedRunClothing.com (the “Site”). If you purchased Partnered Products, see the Partnered Products section below for special instructions.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to the address associated with your order.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error (see Damage/Defects section).

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags must be attached and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, packing slip, or original receipt) is required.

  • Some items are not eligible for return (see Non-Returnable section).

What You Can Return

  • Standard clothing items (shirts, hoodies, pants, etc.) that meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Final sale or customized items are not eligible for return (if applicable in your order).

Timeframe for Returns

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your LimitedRunClothing.com account and go to Order History.

  2. Select the item you wish to return and choose “Return Item.”

  3. Follow the prompts to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) with all tags attached, include the RA number, and attach the prepaid or customer-paid return label as directed.

  5. Ship the package using a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Shipping Fees

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, or per your card issuer’s processing times.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was canceled or a shipping error occurred on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund once verified. Return shipping for defective items may be covered at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • We currently offer returns for refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, intimate apparel for hygienic reasons, and personalized or customized items (as indicated on product pages) are not eligible for return.

Partnered Products

  • Some products are offered in collaboration with partners (the “Partnered Products”).

  • Return Window: Partnered Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.

  • Return Process: For Partnered Products, contact Limited Run Clothing to receive the correct return address for that product. Do not send Partnered Products to the standard return address.

  • Condition: Partnered Products must be in good condition, unused or unworn, with all original packaging and tags attached where applicable.

  • Inspection: Partnered Products will be inspected by the supplier prior to refund issuance. Refunds will be issued only after inspection confirms eligibility.

  • Return Shipping Fees: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees for Partnered Products, consistent with the standard policy unless the return is due to our error or a defect identified during inspection.

Refund Method for Partnered Products

  • If approved after inspection, refunds will be issued using the original payment method or a store credit, as determined by Limited Run Clothing.

Notes

  • This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your return initiation will govern your return. We will provide notice of material changes.
